Soap Star joins Laughlines – Soap heartthrob Stuart Wade alias Biff in ITV’s Emmerdale has joined Laughlines Company of actors.
Stuart who successfully played the character Biff for six years in Emmerdale came to audition at The Ascot House Hotel in Harrogate and starred in his first live interactive show on 17th March at Hardwick Hall Hotel in Sedgefield, Stuart plays Father Dougal in Laughlines tribute to Father Ted.
We are proud to have Stuart on board with such a fine cast of actors and feel sure he will work with us continually for many years to come.
TV Soap Star Zoie Kennedy leaves ITV’s The Royal – Zoie Kennedy has left the popular Sunday soap programme The Royal to concentrate on theatre performances and live interactive shows with Laughlines. Zoie who played Nurse Merrill Taylor has written herself out of the soap because she felt so strongly about missing live performances. She is a true professional and we are so pleased Zoie is available to work with us on a more regular basis. Zoie has just returned from Scotland with us where we entertained at a large corporate event and now she will be appearing in our unique Comedy Murder Mysteries and Fawlty Towers shows.
Laughlines – Make learning fun
Laughlines keep you posted – Laughlines has recently completed a national tour of seventy-five Royal Mail sites with a Road Show Training Programme.
Laughlines was chosen out of three other top companies in the UK to take on this huge contract, which has proved to be so successful that a second phase is being discussed later this year. The programme involved education about how to beat the competition while earning rewards at the same time. The training sessions were great fun and moral boosting for everyone and recent completed feedback forms indicated a 98% positive reaction to the scheme.
The beauty of this training programme is that it is suitable for any company in any industry and can be related to any product or service.

Laughlines Actor John Tearney stars in Hollyoaks – Professional Actor John Tearney has recently appeared in Hollyoaks as Bomb Heads Dad and completed a run of six episodes. John has appeared in Cold Feet, The Royal, Emmerdale, Byker Grove and many pantomimes and theatre productions working with the likes of Jill Halfpenny and Vicky Entwistle. Keep your eye out for John as he appears in commercials and soaps…
